RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received the goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can exercise your right of cancellation here.

You can also use the standard cancellation form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.

Should you cancel your purchase where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.
